Turista Conquistador is a decentralized tourism network built around independent local tour guides
Instead of operating as a traditional tourism company, the project brings guides together through a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization). The DAO provides a shared organizational structure in which guides can collaborate, coordinate activities, propose initiatives and collectively decide
Each guide can build a reputation within the network, based on their activity, contributions and the experience they provide to visitors. This reputation helps the community recognize trusted guides and can inform collective decisions
Online voting is a central part of this model. Guides can vote on proposals affecting the collective — from new tours and partnerships to shared resources, rules and community initiatives. Decisions do not depend on a single manager or central authority; they can be made collectively by the network
The result is a decentralized organization of tourism professionals, where technology supports cooperation
Turista Conquistador explores how DAOs, reputation systems and online voting can be applied to real-world organizations, turning a network of independent tour guides into a coordinated and digitally governed community
